Amazon KDP doesn't have a paid advertisement program for non-Select/KU books. They suggest using keywords to get your book noticed. Here's some info about keyword selection.

All general Amazon KDP books are allowed two main categories and seven browse keywords for each book.
Careful selection of the categories and keywords can get the book into several very specific sub-categories. Look for words that appear in two subcategories and on more than one category list.
